SIÈCLE Paris and its craftsmen are committed to offering you only objects entirely made by hand with the superior quality that characterizes the traditions of France. SIÈCLE guarantees you that these objects will follow you throughout your life, as long as you take care of them.

All our objects are guaranteed for one year whatever the material, except against breakage and scratches of course. All our techniques such as Goldsmithing or Decoupage are guaranteed for 5 years.

If the purchased item should end up damaged when all the maintenance instructions have been followed, SIÈCLE Paris undertakes to pay for its repair.

On the other hand, if following non-compliance with the maintenance instructions, an object should be damaged, the repair will be the responsibility of the customer. SIÈCLE Paris will then issue a repair estimate that the customer will accept or not. Generated transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SIÈCLE Paris also provides restoration of certain collections, particularly the re silvering or re gilding of the cutlery collection. Overhauls occur after the end of the warranty period. However, some materials are not suitable for restoration and then we recommend replacement of the damaged material or the complete replacement of the product. Restorations are always the responsibility of the customer.

Our photos are not contractual, we cultivate the charm of the unique and the handmade. Even if the differences between the photographed model and the object you will receive will be slight and sometimes imperceptible, each piece is unique.
