Evocation of the luxuries of the Medici’s Florence : this model is decorated on the base with a seahorse covered in scales. The handle is made of precious wood called “boodwood” in a particularly refined red colour.

Materials and style

  • Rectangular handle in precious Cocobolo wood also called “bloodwood” for its particularly refined red color. On special order handle in stamina, red lacquer.
  • Ferrule and base in brass, acheived by the technique of melting wax (as used in the art of jewelry and sculpture for the finesse of its details). 
  • The head and ferrule receive 33 microns  of silver. This weight of silver authorizes the use of the "Poinçon Carré". Quality 1, French square hallmark.
