Quartet Caviar Serving Set

Description
The caviar set has become a rare item, yet it requires special attention. Always inspired by the associations dear to the European Renaissance, Marisa re-imagines the tradition of cutlery handles in hard stone. This purely geometric design, "Quartet" is a totally original creation, as much by its ferrule decorated with four balls arranged at each corner, as by its fossilized coral stone handle more than 20 million years old.

Materials and style
- The cutlery heads: spreader, ladle and spoon are shaped by hand in real horn. Only the use of this material makes it possible both to guarantee a neutral taste and not to break the grains of caviar during service. (Unprotected horn, farm animals).
- Very shiny black or blond horn, sometimes traversed by fine brown or beige veins.
- Fossil stone handle made of fossillized stone, coral or sea anemone strata, the latter being more fragile.
- Ferrule in brass, adorned with 4 balls, obtained by the technique of lost wax casting (as used in the art of jewelry and sculpture for the finesse of its details). 33 microns of silver-plated. This weight of silver authorizes the use of the "Poinçon Carré". Quality 1.
Care
Not dishwasher safe ! The porosity and fragility of the coral stone force a particular care. In case of breakage, the handle can be replaced by us.
