Noble and sensual, the horn is a material of various colors, more or less "flamed". Formerly the blond horn was particularly popular, but the taste for ethnic today has developed an attraction to contrasting tones, with beautiful marbled effect, found mainly in the water buffalo horn (bubalina bulalus) . SIECLE brought this horn from South Asia for nearly 15 years, is hot molded, which also gives a brilliant and durable resistance to a minimum deformation in use, whereas lower quality horns simply cut, which makes them brittle.

SIECLE has always loved to use this precious material in Tableware, especially for famous Caviar services, since this soft material allows serving the delicate caviar without breaking the grain. We also like to use the Horn as a finish for some of our collections, as the collection of Chinese and Japanese chopsticks. More unexpectedly, one of our favorite objects, the salad service associates painted wood, glass ring spun and voluptuous horn.

The maintenance of the horn is in its use (especially with natural oil), then just wash under some mild soap and hot water or even simply wipe it off without washing, and outlaw dishwasher.
