Serving appetizers

The habit of serving an aperitif before sitting down to eat has become so obvious that his absence would cause a real surprise to your guests.
To stimulate appetite in pleasant to prepare the evening chatting over drinks, conversations more "sustained" will come forward, aperitifs are served in the lounge.
Provide a bucket full of ice (pour over ice cubes some sparkling water to prevent them from fusing with each other), with tongs or a spoon to ice. And remember to protect your table with a small tissue that also facilitates comfort.
On a side table a little away, a choice of aperitifs along with some light appetizer. The most commonly offered drinks are gin, whiskey, champagne, pastis, flavored wine or vermouth (Cinzano, Martini) and sweet wines like sherry, Madeira or Porto (which would be a small heresy at the time of aperitif in Portugal, this one accompanying preferably cheese or desserts).
Not to mention the orange juice and other soda to serve in large funny glasses.
